Recipe chicken nacho dip
Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
- 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
- 2 large cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, shredded
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno pepper, or to taste (optional)
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
- Place the diced tomatoes, processed cheese, chicken meat, sour cream, green onion, taco seasoning, and jalapeno pepper into a slow cooker.
- Cook on high, stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot, 1 to 2 hours.
- Stir in the black beans, and cook 15 more minutes to reheat.

3 Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
* The amounts don’t have to be precise! If you happen to have a larger or smaller container of any of these ingredients, by all means, use it!
- 1 (12 oz) tub of cream cheese
- 1 (15 oz) jar of salsa
- 1 (15 oz) can of chili with beans
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a pot on the stove and heat until the cream cheese in melted.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or corn chips!
Recipe Corn Avocado Salsa
Corn Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 cans sweet corn
- 2 firm avocados, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tomato diced
- chopped cilantro, to taste
- kosher salt, to taste
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar, optional
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving
Tip: the longer it sits, the better it gets
