Recipe chicken nacho dip

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
  • 2 large cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, shredded
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno pepper, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
  1. Place the diced tomatoes, processed cheese, chicken meat, sour cream, green onion, taco seasoning, and jalapeno pepper into a slow cooker. 
  2. Cook on high, stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot, 1 to 2 hours. 
  3. Stir in the black beans, and cook 15 more minutes to reheat.

3 Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip
 
Ingredients:
* The amounts don’t have to be precise! If you happen to have a larger or smaller container of any of these ingredients, by all means, use it!
  • 1 (12 oz) tub of cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz) jar of salsa
  • 1 (15 oz) can of chili with beans
 
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a pot on the stove and heat until the cream cheese in melted.
  2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or corn chips!

Recipe Corn Avocado Salsa

Corn Avocado Salsa 
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans sweet corn
  • 2 firm avocados, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • chopped cilantro, to taste
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar, optional
Directions:
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate before serving
